The TVMP61**GS MPCC(SiPM) represents a cutting-edge photon counting device that integrates multiple Geiger-mode Avalanche Photodiode (APD) pixels. Designed as an optical semiconductor, it boasts remarkable photon counting capabilities and operates at low voltage, all while remaining immune to magnetic interference. This device serves as a multi-pixel photon counter (mppc) ideal for precision measurement applications. The mppc maintains the outstanding low afterpulse characteristics of earlier models while offering further improvements in reduced crosstalk and dark counts. It is particularly suited for applications requiring high accuracy, such as laser microscopy and fluorescence measurements.
