Laser Rangefinder modules

Using self-developed silicon-based single photon avalanche diodes (SPAD) as receivers, this chip detects extremely faint light signals. It incorporates quenching circuits (QC) and time-to-digital converters (TDC) to measure flight time, while an FPGA calculates and outputs intensity and distance values.

This long-distance single-point ranging module utilizes direct time-of-flight (dToF) technology. It features a proprietary 1550nm edge-emitting laser (EEL) as a transmitter and a proprietary InGaAs single photon avalanche diode (SPAD) as a receiver, capable of detecting very weak light signals and providing strong immunity against ambient light interference. It can achieve high-precision ranging over kilometers while ensuring human eye safety, making it suitable for lidar, gimbal, and aerospace applications.
