This transceiver chip supports I/O-LINK and SIO modes and can drive resistive, capacitive, and inductive loads. It features configurable output stages that can operate in high-side, low-side, or push-pull configurations, along with reverse polarity protection. The output current is capped at 450mA, and the chip prevents short circuits by shutting down the driver when temperatures exceed safe levels.
