  • Analog IC Design Assistant Engineer (Shanghai)
    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for the design and verification of analog circuits. Complete the design and simulation of analog circuits according to design specifications and prepare related design reports;

    2. Design analog and mixed-signal circuits based on circuit schematics, and collaborate with layout engineers to complete the layout design, ensuring it meets circuit optimization requirements;

    3. Develop test plans, participate in the testing, debugging, and evaluation of chips, and provide necessary technical support during the debugging and testing phases;

    4. Responsible for writing data sheets, design specifications, and drafting patent disclosures.


    Qualifications:

    1. Master's degree in Microelectronics, Electronic Information, Integrated Circuit Design, or related fields;

    2. Familiar with basic knowledge of semiconductor device physics and processes, with a solid foundation in analog IC design, and proficient in using design tools such as Cadence for circuit design simulation and post-simulation;

    3. Preference for candidates familiar with one or more of the following circuits: OSC, PLL, sensor AFE circuits, ADC/DAC, power drivers;

    4. Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills, responsible, objective, rigorous, and willing to take on challenges;

    5. Good teamwork, communication, learning ability, and problem analysis skills, able to work with R&D team members to achieve set goals.

  • Product Assistant Engineer (Shanghai)
    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct preliminary definition of product specifications and perform data analysis and evaluation of the overall industry and competitors to continuously optimize and improve product planning;

    2. Based on user needs, deliver the overall product framework design, functional design, and interaction design. Develop product plans and regularly communicate with customers/partners to provide information and suggestions for designated product strategies;

    3. Collaborate with the R&D team to participate in product promotion support, establish reference customers, and produce product white papers, product documentation, and product training;

    4. Oversee the overall control of project delivery stages related to the product and ensure ultimate user satisfaction.


    Qualifications:

    1. Master's degree or above in Electronics, Optics, or related fields;

    2. Familiar with optoelectronic sensor products. A technical background in optoelectronic chips or detectors is preferred;

    3. Strong market analysis and research skills, with the ability to connect user needs with product planning;

    4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, strong stress management abilities, and strong execution skills;

    5. Experience as a product manager in a chip company or in a product technical manager role with a focus on agency channels is preferred.

  • Optical Assistant Engineer (Shanghai)
    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Design of laser ranging and ToF (Time-of-Flight) laser imaging optical systems;

    2. Design and debugging of optical systems (including optical paths and lenses), assembly and debugging of optomechanical systems, and collaboration with calibration algorithm engineers for system calibration;

    3. Define specifications and design for optical components, liaise with suppliers for selection, processing, manufacturing, and testing;

    Prepare technical documentation for optoelectronic chips, and draft process and quality control documents for production.


    Qualifications:

    1. Master’s degree or above in Optoelectronics, Optical Engineering, or related fields;

    2. Experience in laser ranging optical path design and debugging, radar optical design, laser flash imaging optical path, or experience in array optics and micro-optics design is preferred;

    3. Experience in designing ToF 3D imaging optical systems is preferred;

    4. Proficient in optical simulation and design software such as Zemax, Tracepro, or LightTools;

    5. Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.
