  • Product Technology Engineer (Shanghai)
    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct preliminary definition of product specifications and perform data analysis and evaluation of the overall industry and competitors to continuously optimize and improve product planning;

    2. Based on user needs, deliver overall product framework design, functional design, and interaction design. Develop product plans and regularly communicate with customers/partners to provide information and suggestions for designated product strategies;

    3. Collaborate with the development team to participate in product promotion support and establish model customers. Produce product white papers, documentation, and training;

    4. Oversee the entire delivery process of product-related projects and ensure ultimate user satisfaction with the product.

     

    Job Requirements:

    1. Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics, optics, or related fields;

    2. Over 3 years of experience in sensor chip-related work, with theoretical and practical experience in chip structural design, supporting circuit design, system testing, and manufacturing processes;

    3. Strong market analysis and research skills, with the ability to align customer product planning;

    4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, strong ability to handle pressure, and strong execution capabilities;

    5. Experience as a product manager in a chip company or in a product technical manager role in an agency or channel company is preferred.

  • Quality Engineer (Shanghai)
    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for establishing and improving the R&D quality management system, including relevant workflows, standards, and specifications, to ensure that product design and development processes meet quality requirements;

    2. Responsible for product quality control, including developing quality inspection standards and methods, conducting quality inspections and tests, and promptly identifying and resolving quality issues in the product design and development process;

    3. Collaborate closely with the R&D design and product development teams, participate in the product design and development process, and provide technical support and suggestions to ensure product quality meets customer needs and standards;

    4. Analyze the causes of quality issues and propose solutions, coordinate with relevant departments to resolve and improve issues, and promote implementation to ensure stable product quality;

    5. Organize and conduct quality training to enhance the quality awareness and capabilities of the R&D team, participate in quality assessments and reviews, and provide improvement suggestions for R&D processes and products;

    6. Track and monitor product quality indicators, collect and analyze relevant data, promptly identify and resolve quality issues, and propose improvement measures to ensure the stability and reliability of product quality;

    7. Organize and coordinate the preparation of quality documentation during the R&D process and manage product outsourcing certifications, assisting the QS team in handling second and third-party audits.


    Job Requirements:

    1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, automation, electronic information, or related fields;

    2. Over 3 years of experience in R&D quality management in the chip industry;

    3. Proficient in using quality management tools and familiar with IPD/ISO9001 systems;

    4. Strong quality awareness with a good understanding of project management and risk identification;

    5. Good organizational and coordination skills, with strong communication and expression abilities.

  • Analog IC Design Engineer (Shanghai)
    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for the design and verification of analog circuits, completing the design and simulation of analog circuits according to design specifications, and preparing relevant design reports;

    2. Design analog and mixed-signal circuits based on circuit schematics, collaborate with layout engineers to complete the layout design, and ensure that the layout design meets circuit optimization requirements;

    3. Develop test plans, participate in chip testing, debugging, and evaluation, and provide necessary technical support during the debugging and testing phases;

    4. Responsible for writing data manuals and design specifications, and drafting patent disclosures.


    Job Requirements:

    1. Master's degree in microelectronics, electronic information, integrated circuit design, or related fields, with over 5 years of experience in analog circuit design;

    2. Familiar with basic knowledge related to semiconductor device physics and processes, with a solid foundation in analog IC design, proficient in analog IC circuit design methods, and skilled in using design tools like Cadence for circuit design simulation and post-simulation;

    3. Preference for candidates familiar with one or more of the following circuits: OSC, PLL, sensor AFE circuits, ADC/DAC, and power drivers;

    4. Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills, responsible, objective, meticulous, and willing to take on responsibilities;

    5. Good teamwork, communication, learning, and problem analysis skills, able to work with R&D team members to achieve set goals;

    6. Experience with IC tape-out is preferred.

  • Pixel Design Engineer (Shanghai)
    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Undertake research and design related to photodetector pixels, responsible for the custom design and simulation of photodiode devices and CMOS image sensors;

    2. Responsible for the research outcomes related to pixel technology and the results of product system design, including pixel issue DOE (Design of Experiments), debugging, and improvements;

    3. Conduct pixel performance testing and data analysis;

    4. Calibrate simulation models based on experimental data;

    5. Provide suggestions for process and layout improvements.


    Job Requirements:

    1. Master's degree or higher in microelectronics, electronic science and technology, or related fields, with the ability to independently complete photonic pixel design. Preference for candidates with over 3 years of experience;

    2. Familiar with semiconductor device simulation and proficient in using Sentaurus TCAD software;

    3. Preference for candidates with experience in CIS pixel, 3T, 4T pixel design, and SPAD design and tape-out experience;

    4. Familiar with key parameters of photonic pixels and their testing methods;

    5. Experience with ML/CFA/photodiode materials/design/simulation is a plus.

  • Sales Manager (Shanghai)
    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Develop the company's product sales plan, assist in formulating the company's sales strategy, sales budget, and quantifiable sales targets;

    2. Based on the company's sales targets and market expansion strategy, create and implement detailed sales execution plans to achieve sales goals;

    3. Promote the company's products in the market, develop customer resources, establish sales channels, and increase market coverage;

    4. Understand and respond to customer needs by proposing chip and module solutions and promptly feedback to the R&D team;

    5. Collect market information as required by the department, and, alongside daily sales activities, keep abreast of customer sales market environment information, market structure, channel changes, competitor and product information, and provide market analysis and feedback;

    6. Conduct market research to provide relevant information for product definition and R&D.


    Job Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree or higher in science and engineering fields such as microelectronics, mechanical electronic engineering, material physics and chemistry, or semiconductor technology;

    2. Over 5 years of sales experience in the semiconductor or IC integrated circuits sector, with preference given to those with experience in optoelectronic chip sales;

    3. Familiarity with optoelectronic sensor products; a technical background in optoelectronic sensors or photodetectors is preferred;

    4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

    5. Candidates transitioning from technical roles to sales, or FAE personnel, should have a relevant technical background.
