TVPSUNX33X Compact Photoelectric Sensor Chip

The TVPSUNX33X is a compact photoelectric sensor chip by Time-Vision, designed primarily for slot-type photoelectric switches in factory automation applications. This chip operates in NPN output mode and offers both L.ON and D.ON action outputs. It comes equipped with internal protections against short circuits, overloads, and reverse polarity. Using LED DC drive technology, it effectively minimizes interference from sunlight and fluorescent lighting, complemented by a high-frequency response circuit capable of reaching a maximum frequency of 5KHz.
