TVPSTSH02X Single-point Laser Ranging Module
The TVPSTSH02X is a single-point ranging module employing direct Time-of-Flight (dToF) technology. It features the company's self-developed silicon-based Single-Photon Avalanche Diode (SPAD) as the receiver, allowing it to detect extremely weak light signals. The module incorporates a Quenching Circuit (QC) and a Time-to-Digital Converter (TDC) to track flight times, while an FPGA computes and outputs the intensity and distance measurements. The TVPST module is suitable for use in advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) in the automotive industry, production line measurements in industrial applications, and logistics warehousing scenarios. It boasts a compact design, a wide range of power supply voltages, and a broad operating temperature range, making it effective in complex measurement environments. Additionally, it includes a visible light indicator to facilitate target identification for users.
