TVMDTGA03X Single-point Laser Ranging Module
The TVMDTGA03X is a long-range single-point ranging module that utilizes direct Time-of-Flight (dToF) technology. This module features the company’s proprietary 1550nm Edge Emitting Laser (EEL) as the emitter and an InGaAs Single-Photon Avalanche Diode (SPAD) as the receiver, expertly detecting very weak light signals. Known for its exceptional resistance to ambient light interference, it achieves kilometer-level high-precision ranging while adhering to human eye safety regulations. This module is suited for a wide array of applications, including lidar, gimbal systems, and aerospace ventures.
