TVPSM1D00X Reflective/Throughbeam Photoelectric Sensors

The TVPSM1D00X is a highly integrated photoelectric ASIC that optimizes both environmental durability and detection capabilities, making it ideal for industrial photoelectric sensors used in factory automation. It features an integrated photodetector (PD) that effectively converts light signals into electrical signals. The chip processes these signals through various circuits, including amplification, filtering, comparison, and digital signal processing, as well as overcurrent detection, allowing it to output high and low logic levels. With an integrated 5V LDO linear voltage regulator, it presents a greater level of integration, significantly reducing costs for customers. The LED emitter has a pulse frequency of up to 1.1MHz, which surpasses the response frequency of traditional photoelectric switches. It can work with the internal PD for both reflective and through-beam sensing, and additionally supports external dual PDs for background suppression photoelectric applications.
